We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to enhance our expanding team of healthcare market research professionals.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of healthcare research projects nationwide, assuming complete responsibility for your assigned initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating a variety of fieldwork projects simultaneously
Serving as the main point of contact for clients and liaising with both internal and external suppliers through email and phone
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Effectively managing and organizing your workflow
Negotiating costs with external resources within budget constraints
Recruiting participants, ranging from healthcare professionals to patient association groups
Ensuring the seamless coordination of recruitment, moderation, and deliverables to meet project deadlines
Arranging venue/hotel bookings, including catering, travel arrangements, and audio/video recording needs
Coordinating briefings, moderator calls, and debriefs across various time zones
Scheduling interviews, from telephone to ethnographic studies, across different time zones
Regularly updating clients on project progress
Reviewing project deliverables, including transcripts, analyses, and reports
Handling personal data in compliance with GDPR and other regulations
Reporting to the Project Manager and providing cover in their absence
Preparing essential documentation: screeners, email invites, telephone scripts, etc.
Generating lists of potential participants from our database and undertaking desk research to identify participants
Accurately recruiting participants based on screener questionnaires through email and phone
